§ 48-43-60

Any person, who is aggrieved and has a direct interest in the subject matter of any final order issued by the board, may appeal such order to the circuit court. HISTORY: 1977 Act No. 179, Part 1, Section 18; 1993 Act No. 181, Section 1236.
