§ 50-19-590

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as follows: (1) For a first offense by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment of not less than ten days or more than thirty days; (2) For a second offense by a fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment of not less than fifteen days or more than thirty days; and (3) For a third offense by a fine of not less than two hundred dollars or by imprisonment of not less than thirty days, in the discretion of the court having jurisdiction.
