§ 51-13-960

Any action required of the commission may be taken at any meeting of the commission, regular or special, and at any such meeting a majority of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of transacting the business of the commission. HISTORY: 1976 Act No. 595 Section 6.
