§ 52-1-40

Any person owning, operating or connected with or employed by any carnival or show violating the provisions of Sections 52-1-10 or 52-1-20 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not less than five nor more than thirty days.
