The owner must provide for, maintain, and ensure the following: (1) at least one jump master must be designated 'Safety, Health, and Loss Control Coordinator' and must be certified in CPR and standard first aid; (2) a comprehensive emergency plan must be developed, practiced, maintained, posted at each bungee jump site, and is included in the operating manual; (3) training must be provided to all bungee staff relative to emergency procedures, and a record of the training must be kept.
