(A) Any person who knowingly and wilfully operates a bungee jumping facility in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is subject to a civil penalty not to exceed two thousand dollars for each facility for each day the violation continues. (B) Any person who operates a bungee jumping facility in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is subject to a civil penalty not to exceed two thousand dollars.
