In the event of a conflict between any airport zoning regulations adopted or established pursuant to this chapter and any other regulations applicable to the same area, the more stringent limitation or requirement shall govern and prevail. HISTORY: 2012 Act No. 270, Section 4, eff June 18, 2012.
