No motor carrier shall operate or cause to be operated in South Carolina any vehicle described in Section 56-11-10 until the motor carrier has secured from the Department of Motor Vehicles a registration card and an identification marker for each vehicle. HISTORY: 1996 Act No. 459, Section 224.
