§ 58-17-3930

Any railroad in this State refusing to obey any order of the Public Service Commission made under this chapter must forfeit not less than the sum of five hundred dollars nor more than two thousand dollars, to be recovered by the suit of the Office of Regulatory Staff in a suit in the court of common pleas.
