This chapter is not a promise or guarantee that the beneficiary will be: (a) admitted to any institution of higher learning; (b) allowed to continue enrollment at an institution of higher learning; or (c) graduated from an institution of higher learning. HISTORY: 2001 Act No. 72, Section 3(A).
