The State Board of Education, for the purposes of this article, shall have the power to subpoena witnesses, to administer oaths, and to examine witnesses and such parts of any books and records as relate to the issue or issues involved. HISTORY: 1962 Code Section 21-375.6; 1974 (58) 1928.
