§ 59-41-80

Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not to exceed three years or by a fine not to exceed two thousand dollars, or by both, in the discretion of the court. HISTORY: 1962 Code Section 21-297.7; 1963 (53) 498.
