As used in this subarticle: (1) 'Authority' means the Trident Technical College Enterprise Campus Authority. (2) 'Board' means the governing body of the authority. (3) 'Commission' means the Trident Technical College Area Commission. (4) 'Enterprise Campus' means the real and personal property subject to the management and control of the authority. The enterprise campus may consist of one or more tracts or parcels of real property and none of the tracts or parcels is required to be contiguous with other properties constituting the enterprise campus.
