For purposes of the school lunch program, the school Superintendent and the lunchroom supervisor of the school which a pupil attends shall determine when a pupil is unable to pay for lunch. A pupil's inability to pay shall be determined according to income guidelines established by the appropriate authority. A determination as to the continuation of the school lunch program shall be based on the availability of federal funds. HISTORY: 1982 Act No. 444, Section 1.
