§ 6-11-930

The bonds issued pursuant to this article shall be in the form of negotiable coupon bonds, payable to bearer, but may be issued with the privilege to any holder of having them registered as to principal on the books of the treasurer of the county in which the special purpose district is located, upon such conditions as the commission may prescribe. Except when so registered, all coupon bonds issued pursuant to this article shall have all attributes of negotiable instruments. HISTORY: 1962 Code Section 59-599.63; 1974 (58) 2787; 1975 (59) 268.
