At such time that a board of directors is elected pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-13-430, the Saluda Valley Rural Community Water District, which was organized wholly in Pickens County pursuant to the provisions of Article 1 of this chapter, shall be abolished. HISTORY: 1968 (55) 3087.
