§ 6-25-131

The income, profit, or assets of a joint system may not inure to the benefit of an individual or private entity, except for a joint authority water and sewer system created under this chapter. HISTORY: 1999 Act No. 113, Section 3; 2007 Act No. 59, Section 1, eff June 6, 2007.
