If a financial institution is required or permitted to make payment pursuant to this part to a minor designated as a beneficiary, payment shall be made as ordered by the court or may be made in accordance with Section 62-5-103. HISTORY: 2013 Act No. 100, Section 2, eff January 1, 2014.
