§ 63-13-1070

(A) When the registration of a facility has been suspended, the operator must be given prompt written notice. The notice must indicate the reasons for the suspension and inform the operator of the right to appeal the decision through administrative channels to the department and according to established appeals procedure for the department. (B) Upon appeal, the decision of the department is final unless appealed by a party pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act. HISTORY: 2008 Act No. 361, Section 2.
