The provisions of Sections 63-13-180 and 63-13-1220(1) concerning the review authority and the promulgation of regulations and standards upon the advice and consent of the State Advisory Committee on the Regulation of Childcare Facilities are waived. However, nothing in this section affects the regulation of childcare facilities which choose not to receive federal funding. HISTORY: 2008 Act No. 361, Section 2.
