If the Division of Child Support of the Department of Social Services is notified by the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce in accordance with Section 41-35-140 that an obligor is receiving unemployment insurance benefits, the division must notify the court for the intercept of unemployment insurance benefits if a delinquency occurs and the obligor's case is a Title IV-D case.
