§ 9-1-1812

If all or any portion of Sections 1 and 2 of Act 311 of 2008, for any reason, is held to be unconstitutional, invalid, or unenforceable, either in whole or in part, or if any of the amendments made to Section 9-1-1810 of the 1976 Code by Act 153 of 2005, for any reason, are held to be unconstitutional, invalid or unenforceable, either in whole or in part, then effective at the time of that holding: (1) Section 9-1-1810 of the 1976 Code is amended to the version of that section in effect before the enactment of Act 153 of 2005; and (2) Section 9-11-310 of the 1976 Code is amended to the version of Section 9-11-310 in effect before the enactment of Act 311 of 2008.
