1-2-2. Meeting with commissioners of other participatory state--Report--Disbandment.Upon appointment of commissioners by the Governor, the commissioners shall proceed immediately to meet with the commissioners for the other participatory state for the purpose of negotiating the compact referred to in §1-2-1.
