1-8-1.1. Administrative functions of boards performed by secretary of state.The secretary of state shall perform all administrative functions except special budgetary functions (as defined in §1-32-1) of the following boards:(1)Board of Finance, created by chapter 4-1.(2)Board of Canvassers, created by chapter 12-20.
