Records and great seal in custody of secretary.The secretary of state is charged with the custody of:(1)All acts and resolutions passed by the Legislature;(2)The journals of the Legislature;(3)The great seal of the state;(4)All books, records, deeds, parchments, maps, and papers required to be kept on deposit in his office pursuant to law;(5)The enrolled copy of the Constitution.
