Form of certification by secretary of state--Disposition of fees.After such certified copy has been prepared, the secretary of state shall attach thereto a certificate as follows:STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA Department of StateUnited States of America,State of South DakotaSecretary's Office This is to certify that the attached instrument of writing is a true, correct, and examined copy of __________________ and the whole thereof, and has been carefully compared with the original now on file in this office and found correct.In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set by hand and affixed the great seal of the state of South Dakota at the city of Pierre, the capital, on this ___ day of ___ 20__. ____________________________ Secretary of State Fees, $________ ____________________________ Deputy Secretary of State Such certificate shall be signed by the secretary of state or by his deputy, and shall contain on its face a statement of the fees received therefor.
