1-11-4.1. Division of Consumer Affairs created--Appointment of director.There is created in the Office of the Attorney General a Division of Consumer Affairs. The director of the Division of Consumer Affairs shall be appointed by the attorney general. Source: SL 1979, ch 5, §3.
