1-15-1.14. Review of criminal justice issues--Annual report.The Corrections Commission established in §1-15-1.13 shall undertake a continuing study of criminal justice issues in South Dakota. The study may include a review of current felonies, felony sentences, sentencing options, practices, programs, trends, and initiatives.
