1-15-34. County responsible for certain costs of transporting inmates.In the event a county fails to transport an inmate as required in §§1-15-33 to 1-15-35, the county may be billed for the cost of the transport and is responsible for the payment thereof. Source: SL 1999, ch 110, §4.
