1-16A-10. Expenses of members of authority.Members of the authority shall receive no compensation for services but shall be entitled to the necessary expenses including traveling and lodging expenses incurred in the discharge of their duties. Any payments for compensation and expenses shall be paid from funds of the authority. Source: SL 1972, ch 10, §4.
