1-16B-61 . Redemption of bonds. The authority, subject to any agreements with bondholders as may then exist, may refund, purchase, or cancel the authority's bonds out of any funds available therefor, at any reasonable price which, if the bonds are then redeemable, may not exceed the redemption price then applicable plus accrued interest to the next interest payment thereon.
