§ 1-16b-72

1-16B-72 . Disposition of authority assets on dissolution. If, after all indebtedness and other obligations of the authority are discharged, the authority is dissolved, its remaining assets shall inure to the benefit of the state. Source: SL 2020, ch 4, § 20.
