1-16J-2. Membership--Initial terms--Officers--Removal.The authority shall consist of seven members appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. The terms for the initial appointments shall be as follows: three members shall serve three years, two members shall serve two years, and two members shall serve one year. Not all of the members may be of the same political party. One of the members shall be designated by the Governor as chair. The members shall elect from among their number such other officers as they may determine. The Governor may remove any member of the board for cause. Source: SL 2009, ch 8, §2.
