1-16J-3. Authority reports to Governor's Office of Economic Development.The authority is attached to the Governor's Office of Economic Development for reporting purposes. The authority shall submit such records, information, and reports in the form and at such times as required by the commissioner of the Governor's Office of Economic Development.
