1-18-12.2. State Historical Society Board of Trustees created--Transfers.There is hereby created the State Historical Society Board of Trustees. All of the functions, records, personnel, property, unexpended balances of appropriations, allocations, or other funds of the former Board of Cultural Preservation, the State Review Board, the executive committee of the South Dakota State Historical Society, and the Historical Records Board are transferred to the State Historical Society Board of Trustees. All quasi-legislative, quasi-judicial, and advisory functions of those boards are also transferred to the State Historical Society Board of Trustees. Source: SL 1985, ch 400 (Ex.
