1-18-22. Director--Duties. The director of the South Dakota State Historical Society shall execute the powers and discharge the duties vested by law in the society; shall keep a record of the proceedings of the society and of the board of trustees; shall safely and systematically keep all papers, records, and documents belonging to the society or appertaining to the business thereof, except such as may be committed to the care of other officers; shall conduct the correspondence of the society; shall supervise the society's exhibitions and publications, and shall administer the several activities and offices of the society.
