1-19A-11. Promulgation of rules regarding properties.The State Historical Society Board of Trustees shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to acquire and dispose of historic properties and specimens and for the preservation, restoration, maintenance, and operation of properties under the jurisdiction of the South Dakota State Historical Society.
