Section 1-20-36 - Trespass on private land--Misdemeanor

1-20-36. Trespass on private land--Misdemeanor.It is deemed an act of trespass for any person to remove artifacts and antiquities of the kind described in this chapter from the private land of any owner without the owner's permission being first obtained, in writing.
