Section 1-21-2 - Meetings of fair commission--Chair and vice chair

1-21-2. Meetings of fair commission--Chair and vice chair.The State Fair Commission shall meet at least once a year in Huron, South Dakota. The commission may hold other meetings at places and at times requested by the secretary of agriculture and natural resources. At the first meeting of the year the commission shall elect from its own membership, a chair and vice chair.
