§ 1-26-38-1

1-26-38.1. Amendment as provisional--Subject to suspension--Effect.If an agency amends an existing rule, the amendment becomes provisionally effective and subject to §1-26-38. The effect of suspending a provisionally effective amendment is to return the rule to its form prior to the amendment. Source: SL 1980, ch 18.
