§ 1-26-4-4

1-26-4.4. Time for promulgation of rules after passage of legislative authority.If an act of the Legislature, which becomes effective on the date set by §2-14-16, contains an authorization for an agency to promulgate rules, the agency may perform the acts specified in §1-26-4 or 1-26-5 any time after the Governor has signed the act containing the authorization to promulgate rules.
