1-26B-1. Definition of terms.Terms as used in this chapter mean:(1)'Agency,' all divisions, offices, bureaus, commissions, councils, and boards, or like government units or subunits of the departments;(2)'Committee,' the Interim Rules Review Committee;(3)'Termination,' abolishment of the rules of any agency or the act of causing their existence to cease.
