1-27-12. State records management program to be established.The commissioner of human resources and administration shall establish within the organizational structure of the Bureau of Human Resources and Administration a records management program, which will apply efficient and economical management methods to the creation, utilization, maintenance, retention, preservation, and disposal of state records.
