1-27-16. Rules, standards, and procedures.The commissioner of human resources and administration shall promulgate such rules, standards, and procedures as are necessary or proper to effectuate the purposes of §§1-27-9 to 1-27-18, inclusive, except that rules, standards, and procedures relating to disposal of records pursuant to §1-27-11 shall be issued by the board created by §1-27-11.
