1-33-8.1. Bureau of Human Resources and Administration--Administrative functions--Board and commission.The Bureau of Human Resources and Administration shall perform all administrative functions except special budgetary functions (as defined in §1-32-1) of the following agencies:(1)The Records Destruction Board created by chapter 1-27; and(2)The Capitol Complex Restoration and Beautification Commission continued by chapter 5-15.
