1-33-8.10. Bureau of Human Resources and Administration--Contracts with political subdivisions--Appropriation.Every political subdivision of this state may contract with the Bureau of Human Resources and Administration pursuant to this chapter for the performances of all public services and functions empowered by law for such subdivision.
