1-33-9.1. Bureau of Human Resources and Administration continued.The Bureau of Human Resources and Administration shall continue within the Department of Executive Management, and all its functions shall be performed by the Department of Executive Management.The bureau shall maintain a central office in Pierre which shall be the official address of the bureau and the place for serving process or papers of any kind upon it.
