Agencies constituting department.The Department of Human Services shall consist of the following agencies:(1)The Division of Developmental Disabilities;(2)South Dakota Developmental Center--Redfield;(3)The Division of Rehabilitation Services;(4)The Division of Service to the Blind and Visually Impaired; and(5)The Division of Long Term Services and Supports.
