1-41-13. Performance of administrative functions of conservancy district board.Except as provided in §1-41-13.1, the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources shall, under the direction and control of the secretary of agriculture and natural resources, perform all the functions of the former board of directors of the South Dakota Conservancy District, created by chapter 46A-2.
