1-41-14.1. Performance of nonadministrative development functions of former Water Resources Commission.The Board of Water and Natural Resources created by this chapter shall perform all quasi-legislative, quasi-judicial, advisory, and special budgetary functions (as defined in §1-32-1) of the former Water Resources Commission relating to assisting and joining in arrangements or activities to promote water and related land development.
